Data processing at Aira Silver – Agentur Da Chatdeife – Christian Kastenberger is carried out for the performance and execution of a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Where processing is not based on a contract, it is carried out on the basis of a balancing of interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

The legitimate interest relates in particular to:

5. Collection of Personal Data When Visiting Our Website

When you use our website purely for information purposes, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. This data is technically necessary in order to display the website and to ensure stability and security.

The following may be recorded in particular:

  • date and time of the request,
  • time zone difference from GMT,
  • the specific page accessed,
  • HTTP status code,

7. Contact Form / Web3Forms

To send our contact form, we use the Web3Forms service. The provider is Web3Creative, a registered company based in Kerala, India. The service's servers are located in the United States of America (US-East region).

When you submit the form, the data you enter is transmitted to Web3Forms and forwarded from there to our email inbox. The following are transmitted in particular:

  • first name and surname,
  • email address,
  • content of your message.

The transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the simple and reliable processing of enquiries. As the processing takes place outside the European Union, a transfer to a third country within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR occurs.

The form also contains a technical field for spam detection, which is evaluated exclusively locally in your browser. No data is transmitted to third parties and no cookies are set.

7a. Autograph Orders and Shipping Data

Via the order form on autograph.airasilver.com, you can request a personally signed autograph card. To process your request and to deliver worldwide, we process the data you provide:

  • first and last name,
  • email address,
  • full postal address,
  • country,
  • an optional dedication and an optional message.

This data is processed exclusively for the purpose of creating, personalising and posting the autograph card you requested. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (carrying out the measure you requested).

For shipping purposes, your postal address is passed on to the commissioned postal or delivery service provider insofar as this is necessary for delivery. For shipments outside the European Union, this may involve a transfer to a third country within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

Your address and contact details will not be used for advertising or marketing purposes without your separate consent.

Once your order has been fully processed, the shipping data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.



8. Cookie Consent Tool Usercentrics

To manage cookies and similar technologies, we use the consent management tool of Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Straße 7, 80331 Munich, Germany. This serves to obtain and document consent and to provide the website in compliance with data protection law. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR; we are legally obliged to document consent in a verifiable manner.

The following are processed in particular:

  • IP address in shortened or anonymised form,
  • date and time of consent or withdrawal,
  • device and browser information,

  • pseudonymous consent ID.

9. Transfer of Data

Recipients of your data may be our hosting provider, IT service providers, cooperation partners and public authorities, insofar as this is necessary to fulfil contractual, legal or legitimate interests.



10. Website Creation and Hosting

Our website is hosted by united-domains GmbH, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. When the website is accessed, the provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and the date and time of access.

Processing is carried out for the secure and efficient provision of the website on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The data is processed exclusively within the European Union.



11. External Fonts and Content Delivery Networks

To display our website, we integrate design elements from external providers. When these elements are loaded, your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider. In detail, these are:

  • Google Fonts – provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Purpose: display of the font used. A transfer to the United States of America cannot be ruled out.
  • cdnjs – provider: Cloudflare, Inc., United States of America. Purpose: delivery of a program library for the website's animations.
  • Simple Icons CDN (cdn.simpleicons.org) – an open-source project; no responsible company is named. Purpose: display of the icons for our social media profiles. The server location cannot be determined.

These services are only loaded after you have given your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the privacy settings on this website with effect for the future.



12. Telegram

We use Telegram to respond to enquiries. We do not initiate contact ourselves. Billing data or other sensitive data is not requested via Telegram.

The provider is Telegram, Business Central Towers, Tower A, Office 1003/1004, Dubai Media City, Dubai, UAE.



13. Audio and Video Conferences

For communication with customers, prospective customers and contractual partners, we may use online conference tools. Information such as name, email address, IP address, technical device data, communication content and metadata may be processed.

Processing is carried out to conduct pre-contractual or contractual communication and to simplify and speed up communication.



14. Social Media

We operate social media profiles, in particular on Facebook and Instagram. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in contemporary customer communication and public presentation.

For data processing on Meta platforms, we are in part jointly responsible together with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Meta may process personal data, among other things, for advertising, analysis, creation of user profiles and market research.



15. Statistical Data / Insights

Through so-called insights, we receive statistical data on reach, interactions, page views, post reactions and demographic information. This data helps us to better tailor content to our target audience.



16. No Obligation to Provide Data

The provision of personal data is generally neither legally nor contractually required. Insofar as data is required for certain services, we will point this out during the respective input process.



17. Storage Period

We process personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes. In addition, we store data within the scope of legal retention and documentation obligations, in particular under commercial and tax law provisions.
